A celebration of culture, food, and beverage — the fifth annual Greenport Shellabration — highlights the ways in which the local community supports East End aquaculture. During the first weekend of December, village restaurants will offer $5 small plates featuring local shellfish paired with $3 sips from Long Island vineyards and breweries to support the efforts of Cornell Cooperative Extension’s Marine Program, including the Back to the Bays Initiative and the Southold Project in Aquaculture Training (SPAT).
